AGM 2024
Our 2024 AGM will now take place on 9th of February 2025 at 6pm at Eoghan Ruadh Hurling Club.
NB Update – due to Health & Safety the Iggy Jones Room at Dungannon Clarkes will be our venue for the AGM on Friday 7th February at 7.30pm.
Please find a link below to download the nomination form for elected positions which must be competed and returned to club secretary by 6pm on Sunday 26th of January 2025.
Nominations (and motions if any) for the AGM will be published on Sunday 2nd of February 2025 on the Club Website.
Please note the following:
1). Any nominations or motions can ONLY be made by an officially registered member of the club by 31st March 2024.
2). Any nominees MUST be an officially registered member of the club by 31st March 2024.
3). Any nominees must have agreed to their nomination, and this will be validated by the Executive Committee prior to publication of nominations and motions for the AGM.
4). In the event of a vote for an elected position you MUST be an officially registered member of the club by 31st March 2024.
